Neighborhood x Adidas Originals Campus 80s Leopard Print

Leopard print is a popular motif on solifestyle and everywhere else so how could I have passed up on one of the most iconic sneakers of the great Neighborhood x Adidas Originals collaboration designed by Kazuki and Takizawa. This is one of my favorite pairs of sneakers because they're so unique and out-there yet they seem to hold it together with a classic tennis shoe silhouette. Featuring all over fur and leopard print, they're one of the loudest pieces one can wear on their feet. Leopard print is usually associated with women’s wear but the way the print is done on this particular sneaker gives this shoe a masculine vibe usually seen on Japanese designed products with leopard print. The shoe also features the popular brandings of both companies on the heel tabs and tongue and a subtle iteration of the famous three stripes is done as punch holes on the side hidden by the fur. This low top sneaker is amazing for the summer, definitely an eye catcher and a great conversation piece. Plus, the girls love leopard print! They always approach me asking me what are they and where can they get them. I was unsure of how I’d pull of such a pair when I first got them but simplicity is the key to make these sneakers the center of attention. It may not be in everyone’s taste but this is one of my favorites in my personal collection.
