Music Moment: The Weeknd

Currently obsessed with The Weeknd.  I'd describe it as electro-indie-R&B.  Did you get that?  Probably not.  But that's ok because Abel Tesfaye (aka The Weeknd) is creating his own genre of music and its pretty impossible to describe, so just listen.  

The positive side is that both of the EP's he has released so far (House of Balloons and Thursday) are really intense and awesome to listen to.  The negative is that he rarely plays shows and has yet to do one in the USA for all of us fans.  If you're luckily enough to be in Ontario, Canada or London he has upcoming shows in both cities but the rest of us will have to continue listening to the recordings which are available for free download from the official Weeknd site here.
