Essential Spring Footwear: Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Digital Floral

The Nike SB Stefan Janoski is the Nike equivalent of the Vans Era.  It's a lace up and go, easy to wear, everyday shoe.  In the past they've been available in a variety of solid colors and muted prints (like camo) making them a wardrobe staple, but not necessarily a neck-breaking accent piece.  That's now changed with the release of the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Digital Floral.

With retail price at $90, not only are these kicks affordable but they're so on trend it's silly.   Streetwear brands like Supreme are releasing floral and Hawaiian prints left and right, making this digi floral print a hot commodity.  It seems like flowers are the new camo for this spring/ summer fashion season.   Though these are technically a men's shoe, they come in sizes small enough that women wearing size 6 and up can sport them as well.

So how are the shoes in person?  They look great.  The print of the Janoski Digi Floral can best be described as pixelated flowers (think NES graphics) layered on top of a woodland camo shoe.  The result is an awesome looking sneak with pops of color that will look perfect with some shorts and a plain t-shirt this summer.  These Janoskis use Nike's Zoom technology, so they're super comfy and if you get yourself a pair, they'll probably become your summer beaters.  Keep your eyes on your local skate shops for a release date, they're dropping around the country this week and next.
